Pros

- Laid back culture - Remote - Reasonable pay - Unlimited PTO - Encourages volunteer time

Cons

- Limited career mobility - Constant changes (especially since being acquired by Cisco) - Uncertainty around staff retention as departments are integrated with what exists at Cisco - Marketing executive leadership regularly puts out what our strategic objectives are but seems to be disconnect between that and actually prioritizing the projects in pipeline accordingly. Which results in too much campaign work all happening at once.

Pros

- industry-leading product (core) - competitive salary - great benefits and flexibility on remote working - overall nice people

Cons

- excessive leniency, management consistently fails to address underperformance - poor internal processes - very few career opportunities or room to grow; some shifts seen towards roles that weren't advertised internally which implies lack of transparency - over-awarding culture and a focus on vanity metrics
