A lot of people have left. Most of my team members have less than 1 year of tenure. We're all trying to figure it out, which can get frustrating as you reach out to other partners and come to find they're also new and the prior folks with the knowledge have left. Therefore, a lot of processes are not fully understood and a lot of time is spent asking questions or finding the right people.
There is not a whole lot of team engagement to be seen, celebrated, or invested in some way. Slack channels are quite dead. It just feels like work, work, work, and not getting to spend the time to get familiar with your own team.
Management doesn't seem to understand or appreciate your full workload. Just seems to be adding more and more responsibilities, while being okay with somewhat-baked results. Therefore, work/life balance is a bit hard, considering a lot of unreasonable deadlines or crazy workload.
At this rate, I do not see it as a company I'd consider staying beyond 2 years.
