Pros
Great benefits and pay. Flexible working hours and great WLB. For the most part, very nice people to work with
Cons
Since the acquisition, a lot of uncertainty has been building up. Mostly from cisco leadership which honestly seems clueless. Splunk leadership has been as transparent as they can. My team is led by a person who doesn't know how to communicate. The team's moral is low due to this and recent overwork which has everyone burned out. No clear guidance or expectations from our dear leader too
