It’s disappointing to hear that you felt misled during the interview process or unsupported during training. That’s not the experience we aim to provide. We understand that training can feel fast-paced, especially in customer-facing roles, and we're continuously refining our approach to ensure that new hires feel prepared and supported. Your comments about the shift assignment process and team dynamics are also being taken seriously. While we do have all new hires who successfully finish training also complete a probationary period, we continuously review our processes and practices to look for ways to improve. That said, Spokeo is a mission-driven company that values people as much as performance. Our training and management teams are made up of individuals who care deeply about helping others succeed. ​The average tenure of our Customer Support staff who have completed their initial probationary period is 6.4 years (I just checked our records).
