Pros

Spokeo is a great place to work. The founders empower employees to work on projects with autonomy and limited interruptions. Creativity is encouraged and the company embraces experimenting and "trying new and innovative things". It is refreshing to work for a business that has a product/service that really helps people. From locating a long lost family member/friend, re-connecting Veterans, helping online companies fight fraud, assisting charities with fundraising and even supporting our Law Enforcement communities, Spokeo can help! The company offers amazing benefits, has wonderful location in Old Town Pasadena, and the people a great to work with!

Cons

Too much good food! Lunch is catered daily.....watch what you eat and hit the gym!

The good, the bad and everything in the middle

Pros

I've been working at Spokeo for a little over two years now and so far it has been nothing short of awesome. Coming from the corporate world I was shocked by all the perks Spokeo had to offer. Besides the never ending snacks and beverages, we also have lunch catered daily. The work environment is relaxing and if you ever feel like you need to get away from your desk, you can take a quick break in the lounge where you will find a pool table and ping pong table. Besides the work environment the other item I really appreciate are the benefits. 100% for myself and 80% for my kids means I have little to nothing being taking out of my paycheck.

Cons

As for cons, I would have to say that the "perks" of snacks tends to be looked at as "free" and are stockpiled at the desk.

Pros

Free lunch - great vendors and lots of food Tons of snacks and drinks Basketball, ping pong table, video games Lots of company sponsored events Open environment - what I mean is, suggestions are welcome from anywhere, any employee- the suggestions might not always work or people might not always agree with the suggestions, but they will be listened to Reviews every 6 months - lots of feedback, you will always know where you stand (some people may take this as a con) Relaxed dress code

Cons

Things change a lot, and pretty quickly - you must be adaptable to changing environment There are lots of meetings. It can be tough booking a conference room or getting people together Not as many events/ celebrations as there use to be
