Pros

Friend introduced me to Spokeo. He graduated a few months before I did. We both chose to stay in LA instead of moving to San Francisco. "Management" (used very loosely here because the company feels more like a school project) will get on you if you fall behind. Otherwise it's pretty laid back. If you want weekly manager reviews, this place isn't for you. If you just want to work on your project, and you're ok with feedback once in a while, then this place is awesome.

Cons

New furniture please... I hear the office is expanding to multiple floors. Would be nice to redecorate.

Pros

The team at Spokeo allows you to exhibit your talents in your own way. Management isn't worried about schedules or attire, they are only concerned with you doing your job. Management encourages ideas and suggestions from everyone.

Cons

Environment is extremely quiet. But this can be a plus for many people.

Coming from a market where I am very familiar with the industry standards, Spokeo definitely sets the bar in terms of taking care of it's employees. The company promotes a creative and relaxed environment where passionate employees are constantly rewarded for their hard work. If you are looking for an opportunity where your value is established, this is it!

Cons

To be honest, I have not seen any downsides. The only think I could think of is for people who like a very structured and corporate environment, this is not it!
