- Remote first, but with an option to come into the office - great flexibility - Positive and supportive culture - Robust benefit options - The people are fantastic! - treated like a person, not a number

Cons

Honestly none that immediately come to mind. I guess some of the same old cons you might see at other workspaces, but the other work places, don't have the pros that Spokeo does!

-The absolute BEST company culture that I have been a part of. -Personable and hands-on leadership team. -Great benefits for an organization of its size. -Yearly team week which includes fun activities and projects. -Remote first company (not necessary to go in office). -Base pay performance increases every six months.

Cons

Promotions and career opportunities for HR staff seem few and far between in comparison to Data / Engineering roles.
