We appreciate your positive feedback about our compensation program. Even so, Spokeo continues to strengthen its pay and benefits offerings. These improvements include instituting unlimited PTO for all salaried roles, increasing 401k company matching to 4%, and offering more flexibility with respect to staff being able to work remotely.
We also continue to invest in our management. We continue to add experienced managers who are subject matter experts in their fields to our team in light of our continued growth, while also training our current and next generation of leaders on topics like setting and managing expectations and communicating effectively within a flexible work environment.
