Pros

Good company culture. Some managers really care about their employee's, but not all.

Cons

the amount of hard labor and the time expected to put in does not equal the hourly pay. It appears that senior management does not have a concern for the employee's. Actions speak louder than words and actions were few and far between

Pros

Decent pay, interesting work (depending on employee role), unique job.

Cons

- Changed to long shifts (10-12 hours) despite workers requesting 8 hour shifts for health + safety - Acquisition lead to new managers/supervisors, often from other factories and without full knowledge of Spoonflower equipment/processes/focus. No longer seems realistic to expect to move up in the company, model is now to hire outside people as managers as opposed to promoting current employees.
