Pros

learning that this job is the worst and leaving

Cons

management will fire anyone if they personally don't like them, - which is everyone that dares to ask a question, fired for injuries caused in the workplace from total neglect of safety for employees lifting heavy weights for 8 hours straight- slipped discs and such like, formal warnings given for fixing machines as apparently even if it is simple fix and disrupting production we are not fit to fix them, zero flexibility with holidays, ignoring serious issues such as women's safety in the workplace (despite all female management), when approaching seniors about your concerns don't expect a reply , and further more if your human rights of freedom of speech will be questioned saying that no one is allowed to talk about work outside of work. no support of mental health issues. This company is a brutal machine whom claim online most of their fabrics are ethically sourced when in fact about 90% comes from china. they simply burn huge quantities of waste instead of recycling. Not a single bottle of the 100's we use per day is recycled. It's a mess

Pros

Onboarding was done in a way that placed emphasis on me feeling welcome and part of the team. My team has been welcoming and happy to help me get up on feet even while we are all working remotely. HR took the time to reach out explain my benefits and then followed up to make sure I understood everything. My manager does weekly check-ins to help me stay on track to meeting our goals- I feel like they go above and beyond when it comes to keeping the channels of communication open. My coworkers are kind and extremely helpful. The environment is beyond positive.

Cons

None so far being fairly new to the company.

Thank you for your feedback! It is especially meaningful given the challenges we have faced with onboarding employees in a remote work environment. We have been fortunate to be hiring at such a strong pace and to be able to provide meaningful work to our employees. We have so many opportunities to offer given our growth over the past year and I am glad to hear that your experience has been positive. Please feel free to continue to provide us with input.
