Pros

Comfortable uniforms, usually good tips, paid continued education, watching sports if you're into that. Nothing else I can think of.

Cons

Pay varies by location, and there are no raises. Very competitive among fellow stylists. Must work every weekend, no paid holidays. Terrible managers. No creativity. Not allowed to decorate your station, color your hair, have tattoos or piercings.

The way sport clips is run is to make a great experience for people and workers and they stick to what they say they will do for that.

Cons

Owner needs to take more care of the needs of the store not the just money coming in
