      Pros

      I've been at Sport Clips for 8 years now, and can't see myself working for any other company. I am able to grow with Sport Clips and have a career, not just a job. Who would have thought, you can have fun at work and still make $$$!!

      Pros

      Plenty of room for advancement . Plenty of training is offered including advanced cutting classes . The company focuses on maintaining a fun positive work environment .

      I would like to have a retirement savings option with Sport Clips , such as a 401 K

      Building friendships with customers is easy and makes you look forward in going to work. The stores are very clean.

      Cons

      On busy days, wait time is usually under quoted, resulting in frustrated customers and walk-outs. Stylists sometimes show up to work whenever they want.
