      Just cutting guys haircuts, uniforms and comfortable shoes, nice clean stores, easy computer system,

      Cons

      Pay plan isn't realistic unless you work in a high volume store. Open seven days a week long hours. No benefits such as dental or health insurance. Low hourly pay. Low tips just doing guys haircuts. Stores are owned by business men that have no clue about the hair business or being a hair stylist. Manager pay is horrible for the amount of work they have to do.

      Pros

      I've been a store manager for 2 years. Sportclips was the perfect choice when I moved to a new town. The owners are fantastic and it's a lot different than working for a corporate salon. The 5 point play is so easy to follow..most of it is things you would do anyway it just helps guide the stylists and give the client the best experience. You get to wear comfortable attire and have fun at work. Guys love watching sports while waiting to get a cut and while in your chair. And don't forget men tip better than women

      Cons

      We open at 9am everyday but Sunday I think Monday through Friday we shouldn't open till 10 since the first hour is almost always slow

      Cons

      Lots of drama, a manager that has no management experience, rules only enforced to certain employees, no breaks, rarely ever do you make commission with their system
