      Pros

      Good Pay , Sports enviorment, Commision is achievable, ok hours, working mostly on male clientelle, Consistancy, standards, accountability, fun fast paced atmosphere, fast growing franchise

      Cons

      no room for growth past mgmt level , inconsistancy in training , do as I say from owners they also don't value your opinion, animosity between the owners in the market which effects the mgr level of the market Worried about the bottom $$ not client .Feel like you are replacable

      Pros

      No job was ever too tasking and the stylists always had the greatest stories. The customers weren't bad, because they were mostly men. If you're a teenager needing an easy job, this is definitely one to look into for the summer!

      Cons

      When the days were slow, they were slow and long. The pay was minimum wage. Hair was everywhere and by the end of the day I was always covered in prickly hairs :/

      Exausting Worked to the bone Good pay and tips but you work like a slave for it Not enough flexibilty and time off No control over your own schedule and life
