Pros

The benefits are awesome. The people are great. Each and every location is unique in its own way. Not your typical uniforms. Can wear what you want but with a SB apron.

Cons

Stressful environment with very little staffing. Expecting more focus on customers. When its low staff can be stressful. The pay is not the best but its retail. Not enough opportunity to grow.

Pros

The benefits are great, especially at full time. You can't beat them, and you will have fun with the people you work with. Everyone has their own personality, but the store has a sense of community, as everyone seems to be satisfied with working here everyday. You have opportunity to grow, and fast, if you put the time and work in to help make the store successful. They work with you to balance out your work/life schedule, and are open to you having fun outside of work when you get the chance(vacation isn't frowned upon). I mean, you get free ski & rafting trips, which is awesome.

Cons

Pay isn't the best, but you can move up fast and the benefits make up for the pay. You won't struggle while working here.

Pros

Great perks...free entries to races, discounts for apparel, skiing and snowboarding, lots of other discounts. Casual atmosphere Different departments to choose from

Cons

Retail hours and working holidays, but if you work in retail, you know what you're getting into.
