      Great atmosphere and supportive managers Good benefits and perks from fully stalked fridges to major discounts and matching programs Plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow

      Cons

      Pay is reasonable compared to other local retailers but is still low Expect winters to be crazy busy (can be great if you love overtime) Floor work can be tedious and monotonous
