Pros

*Discount *Fun working environment *Teaches a lot about retail

Cons

BEWARE: **They have some serious issues when it comes to keeping promises. Their management will make open ended promises that they aren’t able to deliver on. **If you want to be promoted you need to do the level of work for the promotion you want. Example, if you want to be a Lead, then you need to be doing Lead work but won’t be paid for it for months. I was told I could be a lead and did the work for multiple months and was ultimately denied the position. **They offer flexible schedules. I personally had to fight to keep a consistent schedule. **They have adjusted time cards so that they don’t pay your full OT. I had several issues with proper pay there. **Overall, they say a lot of things that they can’t deliver. Pay isn’t amazing, but the management is the worst
