Pros

Employee benefits are outstanding and health coverage for part-time as well if you work in the city. Meals are provided which is fantastic.

Cons

Not really a con but can be a concern for some, the amount of homeless in the area is at times alarming and dangerous. The store does provide great security that will escort you to your car if need be in the employee gated lot.

Pros

Great discounts and products. Mostly friendly coworkers.

Cons

Not great management. Not much room for promotions or pay increases. Minimal pay for the type of customers you encounter and product/activity knowledge required. Focused on customers and not the employers.
