Sporty Bs has to be one of my favorite "chill" Jobs. There is a lot of flexibility in what you can specialize in at the store itself. If you're into everything outdoors and sports, there are good comradery and culture-building activities. It's a really good time!

Cons

Their software and some SOP's are outdated making some basic transactions tedious with customers. You really have to push in order to see promotions or a raise.
