Pros

The opportunity to be able to connect with members of the community and help them with there sporting good equipment is a lot of fun. Being an expert for those who are looking to be active can be easy, if you are active yourself. Great benefits like food, discount, healthcare, and activity reimbursement.

Cons

The only real downside is on occasion you have very unreasonable people, but that is few and far between. Most people are friendly. It's hard to make a career out of the pay.

Pros

- great food and fellow employees - everyone is incredibly kind - excellent benefits and store discounts

Cons

- retail is stressful - base pay is minimum wage - store can be very overheated or very cold - on your feet for the entirety of your shift

Pros

Benefits for employees such as employee discount, rental privileges, and food in the kitchen are great.

Cons

Pay could be improved. Little opportunity for growth. Upper management detached from work environment and fail to reward excellent growth.
