Fun staff, bad management

Pros

Awesome perks with company discounts on gear, lift tickets, sporting events. Laid back compared to most work environments. Fun place to get involved in the community.

Cons

Management doesn't seem to know how to handle the growing company. Lack of organization makes it difficult to get things done and it feels like a start-up that is wobbly on its feet.

Pros

Great culture, awesome people. 40% discount off of everything. Flexible hours with the ability to work remote or from other locations in the Bay Area.

Cons

Other departments seemed great to work in. Accounting department got the short end of the stick quite often. Not very green, as a company, which sucked.

Pros

The people are amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Made some of my best friends working here. Full kitchen to make your own food and can bring your dog to work everyday. Amazing 40% discount for life after 1 year worth of hours worked.

Cons

Rat problem in the kitchen so stick to the packaged food. Kitchen is open to all staff but some staff touch food without washing their hands and some staff don't wash their dishes and leave them in the sink. Always promoting how easy it is to move up but actually not that easy.
