Pros

The perks are great, the discount can't be beat, health coverage, dental and vision is paid by the company, air miles are awarded to part and full time staffers, there is also a fully stocked kitchen for lunch breaks and snacks. However, over my time there some perks have disappear, I wouldn't be surprised to see many of these disappear too. The company is also very accommodating of scheduling, this is a great place for a student, someone who doesn't like a fix schedule or someone who needs extra time off.

Cons

Long hours, they routinely want their staffers to work 10+ hrs, upper management even goes as far as to make you feel lazy if you only put in a 8hr day. Communication is horrible: It isn't uncommon of the staff to not know what is going on for months at a time. Employee direction is almost non existent here, many staffers have no idea what their daily job duties are. Shooting for the hip: They have a tendency to come up with a new policy on a whim and 3-6 months later back track due to not taking into consideration the outcome of that change. Overall, this company lacks direction and identity.

Pros

Perks- trips, medical insurance, food provided. Relationships with vendors. Great coworkers. Community support that we can stand behind. Everything would be rated much higher if most of the these things still existed with good pay.

Cons

Get "promoted" but you have to prove yourself in a position before you get paid more. Not a training period, literally just you don't get paid for your promotion until they can find the funds. Always changes going on that you have to adapt to. Low, low pay. Especially in SF.
