Pros

- Well meaning co-workers within my department, best part of the job by far! - Left privately to work on my own most of the time with little issue. - Good benefits and decent food in the kitchen

Cons

- Workplace drama with upper management staff severely affects the morale and work rate of other co-workers, even if they are not directly involved. - Ethnically diverse staff were not treated with much consideration to the point where they were sent to my department as punishment for seemingly minor transgressions. - My department was located primarily in the parking lot, making it a possibly hazardous work environment due to cars coming in and out and the use of industrial laundry machines. Very little concern from management about it. - My department was in consideration is disbanding but none of the workers were directly brought up about it. Not until a final decision was made to dissolve it with little to no input from the other workers in the department about it aside from the manager. Felt very inconsiderate for us.

Poor managment

Pros

The only pro is they keep the kitchen stocked but it gets old pretty fast

Cons

The management has you do tasks that someone will come change immediately after you are finished and the clutter never seems to get organized. It's like working a flee market or yard sale and the equipment and displays are made to make the customer have to search for anything they want to buy.

"High School" feel to the social scene Nit picky about rules and regulations Grey line between managers and staff in terms of boss/friend energy
