Honestly, a pretty good job. Pays decently and great perks if you're into outdoors stuff. If you don't take advantage of the perks of this job (discounts, free gear rentals, free bike service, ect.) then it would be much worse. Free food in the breakroom too.

Cons

You're working for a decently large company, so there is definitely some bureaucracy to work around. Pay could definitely be better too.

Cons

management obviously picks favorites and show severe signs in nepotism, some have been there way too long claims to care more about couches/comfort over profits but the company is so poor and makes no money anyway. couches are so dirty place is always a mess because they always understaff cant get any hours because they MAKE NO MONEY so unless the managers like you expect to do at most 20 hours part time if you're lucky pre love is a scam and they don't care about customer reviews which are all NEGATIVE paid minimum wage and they expect you to become an expert in everything they sell but also gives you no hours to LEARN because you're not an expert
