Pros
* Spot AI is a fast-growing start-up, with huge growth last year and very strong growth this year. * the team and culture is pretty strong. everyone is helpful, there is little politics, so it makes for a good working atmosphere. The founders have mostly got it right. * it's a "real" company. It's exciting to see customers using our product, sales being successful, etc.
Cons
* Distributed work is both a pro and a con. Except for sales, most people are remote so there are a lot of google meetings.
