Pros

Ryan Olson and Jordan Staples are great managers. The co-workers in the Lehi office.

Cons

There is nothing more I can add to all the previous reviews being left. Senior leadership is absolutely the worst and shows pure favoritism to any one in the SF office.

Cons

Weak Sales Leadership: sales leadership disregards professional development, team culture, and transparency. An authoritative style, favoritism, and policy neglect creates a low quality work environment and culture. Operational Instability and Cost-Cutting: Frequent changes to workflows, technology, commissions, and policies create uncertainty and inefficiencies. Sales tools, like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, are not reimbursed, and at large, prioritizes short-term savings over long-term growth, limiting overall success. Product Reliability Issues Hurt Sales: Hardware and data quality issues undermine product reliability, damaging sales efforts and customer trust. Product trials with prospects frequently result in lost deals due to reliability concerns or missing features.
