Pros

Great company with an exciting product, you can see the growth and the development of the company on a daily basis and it's exciting to be part of it. Since the company keeps growing all the time you feel also your personal growth and influence on the business. Besides the good work experience, you work with amazing people.

Cons

like all Startup in growth, you can find yourself at the office for long hours.

Pros

The tech is nice, although not as dynamic as one thinks. Any devops team worth their salaries are able to replicate.

Cons

-Company has started positioning itself to be purchased in next few quarters. -Revolving door of employees has caught everyone's attention. -No coherent roadmap, as leadership is mostly focused only on their exit deals, not anything/anyone else. -Very very cheap leadership. Pay your own (eg no phones issued and no reimbursement for using your own), poor benefits. -There is a distinct cultural separation of groups, again leaderships inability to bring employees together is very evident.

Pros

I love the work ethics and values. They are the first company (that I know of) that you can actually feel and see the values on a daily basis and day-to-day work. Very customer centric and success driven

Cons

The nature of our business and demand for our platform are requiring us to grow and move very quickly. This sometimes comes with some growth pains
