There's a great focus on People and Customer Success 24/7. Young, fun culture environment with a lot of growth opportunities and great leadership. Excellent work environment and an overall great place to build a career. Despite being in this high-growth phase, and as pioneers of new technologies, the culture manages to encourage a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

There's not a lot of cons as far as it seems. but if you aren't good at working in a rapidly changing environment or you need to be told exactly what to do all the time then this is probably not the place for you.
