overall, the employees are nice, welcoming, positive energy. The offering is actually valuable and products work great. you learn a lot from selling a super technical product and surrounded by technical discussions.

Cons

Being part of Netapp is super harsh, exhausting and challenging. they turn every simple process into a nightmare. Spot isn't a fast paced startup anymore. the employee turnover in the GTM departmant is significantlly high. people don't stay more than 2 years max. Global internal communication is horrible. we learn crucial information through rumors.
