Fun, smart people work here. We make a fantastic product and service. As a music company, we are all very passionate about our work. Artist visits are really appreciated and entertaining. Spotify is growing fast and the future looks bright for the company.
Cons
Not scaling fast enough. Lack of internal growth. Clash of work philosophies between different regions/countries. Upper management changes often. Low pay compared to competition. Questionable fiscal decisions.
