Never have I ever worked with so many truly brilliant, competent, courageous bunch of people

Cons

Culture is more US than Swedish. The 5 core values are mainly used to direct ic’s, not so much at levels above. The company probably attracts more narcissists/psychopaths in leadership positions than any other company I’ve been with. There is not a lot of ways to keep them out, nor: control them when already in. The saying goes that most of these eventually get promoted upwards.
