There is a sense of belonging and ownership that I have never seen before. People foster collaboration all over the place. The culture is one of the best I have ever seen.

Cons

Each tribe - even squads - has its own way of working and might differ a lot from the others. It is difficult to sync and align on priorities, usually meaning escalating things and inviting even more people to the decision table. Despite having a lot of documentation and training about your career plan, growth opportunities are not presented quite the same across the different teams in the organization. In regards to this, you need to be lucky.
