Great leadership team, all very approachable. Daily lunch stipend provided. Flexibility to WFH as needed.
Cons
Fast paced environment that requires a lot of thinking outside the box, not many processes defined yet which might be a downside for someone more process oriented.

We are a 4 year old company with the revenue of a mid-size company! Who knew the Car Wash business was this profitable!! The executive team has extensive experience driving fast growth in the retail industry. Great work environment and culture. The benefits are continuing to improve!
Cons
We are in start up mode so nothing is perfect and the infrastructure needs to be built. That is the exciting part!
