Great family atmosphere, many long time employees, industry leader in their technology. Great place for a long term career - if you perform well, you'll advance!

Cons

The method of pay is strange, more pay should be in base rather than creative bonus structures. Medical plan seems to be generous but is hard to understand. Not as much room to move up in shorter time frames.
