-Supportive management willing to offer training and resources to help you be successful. - Company willing to make significant investments for long term growth and vision of company. - A lot of recent hires, particularly recent college graduates, within the last couple years. - Good health benefits, company social activities.

Cons

- Manufacturing jobs do not pay well, resulting in high turnover. - Very flat and siloed management structure. - Communication and collaboration between departments/regions is very poor resulting in significant inefficiencies. -Office and lab space is limited. - Bathrooms and other parts of the building need renovating. - Inconsistent rules/policies depending on the manager you work for.

Small group of very likable people All employees devoted towards job at hand Manager easy to talk to, reasonable, and sets working standards

Cons

Orders that come from higher ups are not the best for a small group of people Facilities are way to small for the size of machines being built Communication between Fluid Air and Spraying Systems not the greatest
