      Job security. The company doesn't lay people off in economic downturns. Fairly low stress work environment. Not a lot of urgent deadlines. Good medical plan with no monthly premiums.

      Cons

      Extremely limited opportunities for advancement. Low base pay. Not WFH friendly.

      It's a good place to start your career, you can learn some technical knowledge and some harsh life lessons as well.

      Cons

      Large and established company, very dysfunctional, nespotic, bureaucratic, and overall unpleasant place to work. Quitting was the best decision I ever made, I wish I had done it sooner.
