Upon starting at Spreetail, I immediately felt welcomed, inspired, and excited to wake up and go to work each day. If you're looking for a company that encourages you to learn and grow, this is it. If you're looking to make a dent in universe, this is your place. If you're okay with working hard, this is your place.

Cons

Because it's a "start up," there will always be some growing pains.

Spreetail is a time commitment. You will be expected to put in the work whether that means staying late some days or working on your typical days off to help the team. At the same time, this is our competitive advantage that will push us where we want to go.
