This company invests a lot in making you a better person / professional. They are highly concerned with values and live them. You can take on lots of responsibility, and could also have WLB if you setup yourself that way. The pay is also decent compared to other places in the area, and your opportunities to succeed are high. Never worked at a place where the focus is positively high, for a good reason. People are honed in on their jobs, and you are helped to succeed at your job by your peers.

* Lots of operational challenges they were trying to figure out and a lot of the software systems they were trying to get a handle on. * Open office environment can be tough, especially for software developers * The big emphasis on the culture and values may seem like it's a little creepy and fake some times. Especially when it's coming from HR. * People without lots of experience are promoted to managerial positions, which could lead to oragnizational issues
