Pros

Great starting pay for entry level. Great culture Fun office activities and rewards for meeting goals Overall the interview process was great compared to other companies I have applied for. They were very comfortable to speak with and asked questions that focused on personal experiences and getting to know me better. The work sample was something new for me in an interview but I actually enjoyed presenting and getting to share some of my creativity.

Cons

Be ready to work. You'll put in long days, but you'll get a lot out of it. Can be physically taxing at times. Best to stay in shape!
