Since I've started Spreetail has grown one and a half times, but it is just a beginning as we need a lot of great talents to contribute to company's success. Very high level of trust in employees and no micromanagement whatsoever. I felt it from the very first day. Also very important is that the attitude towards all is professional and no familiarity or unhealthy attention at all.
