A complete nightmare, from beginning to end

Cons
Literally everything. Where to start? The President is on a complete power trip over running a mediocre lawn care company. He thrives on negative reinforcement and fear, leading to a very poor culture and working environment. Look out if you are less than 15 minutes early to your workday or leave at your actual day's ending time, LOL. If you are a woman, you won't advance. I noticed that men are paid more, move up more frequently, and are overall treated with more "respect". I have personally never dealt with worse management and such a negative environment in my life. I have excelled at every position with every other company I have worked for and make over double my salary that I did with SG. It's a sad environment, especially since like I said, this is a LAWN CARE company. Not that serious. Keep looking for a job elsewhere and thank me later.
