Admin's Beware - Anonymous employee Spring-Green Lawn Care Employee Review

This was by far the WORSE job I have ever had. I was micro-managed on EVERY level. My "Supervisor" had no idea what an admin's position was. I ended up have to write out EVERYTHING I did on a day-to-day list you know just in case I didn't show up for a day. Every Friday I would have a meeting about what I did for the week and what my plans were for the next week, every week had to change the voice mail message. President of the company was a complete jerk who no matter what you did there was never a "good job". I would go home at time feeling like I was a horrible admin. and just feel completely drained!
