      Great Company

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, excellent benefits, flexibility to work remote from anywhere, great management team. Diversity and inclusion are highly valued and encouraged. You get to work with some really great customers or on projects that have significant impact on people's lives.

      Cons

      Still working through some startup growing pains like consistent SOPs & documentation. I've also seen lots of turnover in the short time I've been here. Leadership/ELT does try to work to connect with individual team members. The rate of change is very high and you have to be able to keep up. In terms of career advancement - it's really difficult to figure out where you can go next at this company.

      Pros

      Company mission, culture, and colleagues are all great reasons to work for Spring Health. A great compensation package for my role and return to the start-up world made joining Spring Health a no-brainer. Since being here I have found better work-life balance than in previous roles and felt immense support for my career and personal growth.

      Cons

      Even though I have have good work life balance in my role, the culture is one of working a lot as an individual to meet KPIs and deadlines with minimal automated tools to assist with simpler tasks. Despite this, the company mission makes the work worth it. Trends and initiatives would point towards finding better work-life balance across the company and improving automation of certain tasks, and if these initiatives can result in lower workloads, Spring Health would be in a class of its own as an employer.
