The other reviews are true. Everyone is burnt out. The company is guzzling ai and it's clear they are planning for mass lay offs. It's hard to feel like the work you do is meaningful because it always changes. The CEO screams at employees in meetings and they quit.
- They are flexible with hard workers - There is a lot of room for big impact from strong SWE - You'd have to be heartless to not love the mission Although I only stayed for a short time, I would recommend truly senior engineers consider working here. The company needs some strong software engineers to come and guide a largely junior workforce. If that is your thing you should apply and speak up for yourself because you could have a great impact and mature the engineering org. It can be a really good place to work.
Cons
- Disorganized with growing pains that mean you could get caught up in the growing pains and suffer from some miscommunication
