I am blessed! I get to work with a group of amazing nurses! I am supported, never felt taken for granted. Am glad I was given an opportunity work here.

We have times when we are short. I have friends from other facilities and they tell me it's the same where they are at too. It helps a ton to see my leader roll up her sleeves to help us!

Its a great hospital that has many intensive service lines. The C-suite is very engaged and cares about their leadership team and the rest of the team members. The pay and compensation are comparable to other hospitals in the area and the benefits are really good. Its a great location in the southwest and the hospital is always busy and doing great business which is excellent for job security.
