      Pros

      Great team, co-workers, and managers. Great ICU doctors too. The unit flows really well when it is well staffed and plenty of help is offered. You never feel like your out on your own. The ICU docs are great in listening to the nurses and also advocate for the nurses a lot. All acuity ICU if you want to learn a lot but does focus heavier on Neuro and CVT. Benefits are average compared to other hospitals.

      Cons

      3 patient assignment when unstaffed and this happens if they float the floor nurses to other units too. You have to float sometimes too. Pay is not competitive enough imo.
