      Pros

      I work in a great environment and love what I do. It’s not common for executives to know you by name, but here they do! I love the small family atmosphere and everyone is very supportive of each other.

      Cons

      Staffing guidelines are stringent and sometimes make it an unsafe work environment.

      Pros

      I’ve started my nursing career at Spring Valley and have thoroughly enjoyed working here! The culture, staff and management on 2W are wonderful. Everyone is willing to help one another and creates a good work environment and also make it so our patients are getting the best care possible.

      Cons

      Transport not always available which pulls RNs and CNAs away from the unit.
