Pros

Working for Nicole Grimaldo is what got me through working on the unit as long as I did as a new graduate. She was endlessly supportive, encouraging, and understanding. She found a way to push you by reminding you what you're capable of. Never once did I feel like I did not have the support of my immediate management. A handful of Doctors made it a helpful learning environment, which was refreshing .

Cons

Often a 7:1 ratio. Making it even tougher on new graduates. Unfortunately, a handful of Doctors did not make it a supportive working environment.
