Worked here for about a year and I have to say management and leadership can’t be any worse. Does not listen or care about their nurses and staff personal life. When short will add on shifts without your knowledge and are mandatory. When you speak out about an issue they give you zero solutions but instead guilt trip you and reprehend your thoughts.
