      -great co-workers -patient care focused -generous per diem rate for PRN

      Cons

      - management can be unprofessional with staff. asks for the specific nature of sick call, guilt trips employees - charge nurses do not have a strong background for the position, lack training, and sometimes incompetent

      Treat patients like we would our family, proud to work here, great teamwork, management has an open door and they actually listen! Mistakes aren’t held over your head- they help you learn and grow from them.

      Umm... none that I can think of. I really like my job! My co workers say they do too.
